4. I was just wonderering why Spam is listed as one of the topics. I believe that the Spam Blog is going on pretty strong and Sarah is doing a great job. IF this is a mistake, it has been brought to your attention :)

And a query, does the team involved help in scouting the web for possible blog posts? Lastly, if the team finds certain interesting/possible items for a post, does the blogger have the final say in publishing or does he have to publish the ones approved by the deciding commitee?

6. Here's a thought...

The title was "Is Blogging Your PASSION" (emphasis mine). Why would you expect remuneration for a PASSION?

I do what I do (bay at the moon twice a day about financial markets) because I absolu-freaking-lutely LOVE it. (I am considered a bit of a strange cat, though, so maybe my opinion ought to be discounted).

7. thanks Shashank ;) the blogger for the Spam Weblog would be helping me out! I also have "duties" over at Blogging Baby. there IS pay involved, and most bloggers start at between 37 and 75 posts a month.

oh yeah and GT: it's good to be PASSIONate about your job, no? I'd rather get paid for my passions than do work I hate for pay ;)

I would love to help out. To make anything from 37 to 75 posts a month is too much for me. I have lots of interets and een then I can't make that many in a month! (See how many days it took me to reply here :) )

So, I guess I'll just suggest stories. Here and at a couple of other blogs, but I believe that *your* spiders (pun intended) would get to it before I do.

I was wondering if you and the WIN staff were still looking for bloggers? I would love to give this a try, but I noticed the original call was was posted on March 7. I can only imagine how very busy you must be poring through the submissions received, but I was hoping you were still accepting new ones. That is, has anyone ever discussed editorial issues with blogs such as the importance of grammar, spelling, making sure links work, etc.?

I am an editor who is interested in writing a blog about blog editorial issues like these.
