1. I just purchased this camera from radio shack. The installation software is super user-friendly and the picture quality is surprisingly good for 2.0 MP. I definitely recommend this camera for those who are looking for a conveniently compact device.

2. I think the picture quality is very decent and the design of the camera is terrific. Very stylish and lightweight. My only complaint is that the software will not install properly and I cannot find drivers for the camera anywhere. Without software installed, camera can't charge or transfer pictures. Any ideas?

4. why not use a SD card reader? If the drivers are not on the manuf. support page, is it ethical to get one from Radio Shack, copy the CD and return it?

6. This camera is great!!! I received it on my birthday and I love it! Is great for taking pictures of parties, family outings, AND then you can email it to friends and family. This camera is very useful, not the greatest if you want perfessional pictures!

I haven't had any problems with the two I've bought as gifts. One for my son and one for my mom to play with. I'll be back if something else develops.

10. I bought the camera and it came with a CD but all that was on there was Arcsoft photoimpression 4.0, photoBase 4.0, and Acrobat Reader 6.0. Is there an installation CD? I can't trasfer pictures from my camera to my computer. NEED HELP! Thanks

11. I bought one of these on ebay and just got it yesterday. I can get it to take pictures and transfer them but I have to be quick. The camera constantly switches between preview mode and capture mode about ever second or so. Does anyone know how to fix this? Carlos, photobase is the transfer software. You need to install this in addition to the driver in order to transfer your pics.

14. I got this camera for Christmas I like it very much however it did not come with an owners manuel. Last weekend it would come on however when you would hit the button to take a picture it wouldnt take it would just beep?? Any ideas why? And can you get something to power it other than your computer? We are going to the Brickyard 400 and won't be able to tak the whole computer! thanks

15. This camera works well. However, I have had some trouble with the flash. When I use a secure digital 512MB card the flash will not work. If I remove the extra memory the camera works fine. I work around it by using the extra memory only when I am not using the flash.

17. Posted this on the flatfoto 1.3 web site, but with no success so I'm putting it on the 2.0 site. I've had the flatfoto 2.0 for about six months and now the lithium battery seems to have died. It won't hold a charge (the green light continues to flash while in the holder connected to the USB port) and the camera won't turn on when out of the holder. The camera is no longer in its 90 warranty and Radio Shack wants a $20 deposit (which would be applied to the repair job) to find out what the problem is. I don't really want to spend even that amount to get it fixed. But I'm wondering if there's a way to get at the the battery and replace it? It's not obvious from looking at the camera. I did open the case and saw the circuit board, but nothing appeared to be a battery. There's a black cylinder 1.5" long and 3/8" diameter with the letters "N408" on it. But it's located next to the flash and I think that it may be a capacitor that's used in charging the flash?

19. I've bought a Flatfoto to a friend but he didn't have the driver... Monthes later I've got the driver, and today I was trying to install it but, wherever, the computer doesn't detect any capara, so I can't download the fotos, which seem to be good :(
I've seen that Photobase is the ware to download the photos, can i get it for free?
